Returns and Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the guidelines below.
Return Requests
Return requests must be submitted within 10 business days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received
Items must be returned in their original packaging
Products must be returned in the same case pack quantities that were originally purchased
The item must have been purchased directly through our online store
The return request must be submitted through the customer portal
Requests submitted after the 10-day window may be declined unless an exception is approved by Zeus Illumination.
Return Shipping and Fees
Customer-Initiated Returns
If a return is requested for reasons not related to an error on our part (for example ordering the wrong item, color, or changing your mind), the customer is responsible for:
All return shipping costs
A 10% restocking fee to cover inspection and warehouse handling
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exceptions
If Zeus Illumination approves a return request outside of the standard return window, the return may still be processed with a $15 administrative processing fee. All other return conditions remain in effect.
Returns Caused by Our Error
If a return is necessary due to an error by Zeus Illumination (such as receiving the wrong item or receiving a defective product), we will cover the cost of return shipping and waive the restocking fee.
Refunds
Once your return is received, our team will inspect the item(s) to confirm eligibility.
After inspection, we will notify you whether the return has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued as store credit. Store credit is typically issued within five business days after the return has been approved.
Shipping charges from the original order are not refundable.
Replacement Orders
If you are requesting a replacement rather than a refund, the returned item will be inspected once it arrives at our facility.
If the replacement request is approved, we will create a replacement order on your behalf. The replacement order will ship according to our normal processing and shipping timelines unless expedited shipping is requested and paid for by the customer.
